Status

In the Status column, select the status button to display options for changing the vehicle’s status. These options will disable future alerts and updates. Status options include:

  • Hold
  • Closed 
  • Repossessed
  • Served

Selecting Hold or Closed opens a dropdown menu with reasons for that status. Repossessed and Served open company, address, and date information for you to fill out. After selecting the appropriate status and menu options, select Update Status.
