Add a Record

To add a record in Active Duty: 


  1. Select the + Add Record button. The Add Active Duty Record page displays.  


  1. Adding either an SSN or Date of birth, Reference ID, and First and Last Name are required fields. You may add a Group ID as optional information. Select Create Another if you wish to create multiple records. 

Note: You have the option to add just one of SSN or Date of birth. It is not required to add both, but adding both is permitted.   

  1. Select Save when finished. 

You can view a record you created by selecting Active Duty in the Product column of the Active Duty home page. The Active Duty Details page displays monitoring status, as well as date of the last active duty status check, military branch, active duty start and end dates, and the date in which a military member received relocation or deployment orders. You can also select the pencil icon to update a record’s reference and group IDs.
